1. High-Precision Manufacturing Capabilities
Dimensional Accuracy: CNC machining can achieve tolerances within ±0.005mm, ensuring a perfect match between the mold cavity and core and the plug design, reducing mold trials and improving production efficiency.
Surface Quality: Machined surfaces can achieve a roughness of Ra0.4μm or less. After polishing, they can be directly used for injection molding or die-casting, eliminating subsequent polishing steps and reducing labor costs.
Adaptability to Complex Structures: Support for multi-axis machining (such as 5-axis CNC) enables precision molding of complex structures such as beveled ejectors, sliders, and deep cavities in plug molds, meeting design requirements for multi-angle plugging and unplugging, as well as waterproof sealing.
2. Material Compatibility and Durability
Use of Wear-Resistant Materials: Core mold components (such as the core and cavity) are made of high-hardness alloy steel (such as H13 and NAK80) or cemented carbide. After CNC precision machining, the surface hardness reaches over HRC50, significantly improving wear resistance and extending the lifespan to over 500,000 cycles. Heat treatment optimization: After CNC processing, vacuum quenching, nitriding and other heat treatment processes can be directly carried out to eliminate internal stress, reduce the risk of mold deformation, and ensure long-term stability.
